NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF CHARTER SCHOOL AUTHORIZERS

The mission of the National Association of Charter School Authorizers is to achieve the establishment and operation of quality charter schools through responsible oversight in the public interest.  We focus on authorizers, the legal entities that decide who can start a new charter school, set expectations and oversee school performance, and decide which schools should continue to serve students or not. Depending on state law, authorizers can be school districts, education agencies, independent boards, universities, mayors and municipalities, and not-for-profits.

ARIZONA CHARTER SCHOOLS ASSOCIATION

The Arizona Charter Schools Association is a non-profit membership and professional organization providing the best in comprehensive support and services to Arizona’s charter schools. The Association’s mission is to support student achievement through high-quality charter schools, advocate for student equity and charter school autonomy, and lead Arizona charter schools as a sustainable, strong credible organization.

COLORADO LEAGUE OF CHARTER SCHOOLS

The Colorado League of Charter Schools is a non-profit, membership organization dedicated to supporting the charter schools in the state. The League is committed to helping these schools reach higher levels of student performance and overall success by providing information and resources, including technical support, advocacy, public relations assistance, and much more.

The Charter School Association of Nevada (CSAN) is the leading organization serving public charter schools in Nevada. CODE.ORG

Launched in 2013, Code.org® is a non-profit dedicated to expanding access to computer science, and increasing participation by women and underrepresented students of color. Our vision is that every student in every school should have the opportunity to learn computer science. We believe computer science should be part of core curriculum, alongside other courses such as biology, chemistry or algebra.

ART OF PROBLEM SOLVING

We built the school we always wished we could teach at—one filled with engaging, interesting, inquisitive students who love learning and love math.  We offer students a customized learning experience, adjusting to student performance to deliver appropriate problems and lessons. The curriculum is specifically designed to provide high-performing students with a challenging problems appropriate to their abilities.

STEAM SYMPOSIUM

The 2017 California STEAM Symposium (formerly the STEM Symposium) convenes nearly 3,000 educators from across California to catalyze improved STEAM instruction for all students. The California STEAM Symposium provides educators with opportunities for ongoing rigorous, high-quality, collaborative, and inspiring professional learning and resources to support good instruction.
