Education Model

The Accord Model, ASDL, is a flexible, adaptive, replicable, and sustainable education system that ensures high student achievement, both in public education and in life. The Accord Model has four pillars:

    • Accelerated Academic Achievement
    • STEM Education
    • Data-Driven Instruction
    • Life-Long Learning

The Accord education model recognizes a need for the flexibility to address on-going change and for improvement based on the results of research studies conducted within the schools and surrounding community.

The Accord philosophy of education is nothing more than the philosophy of life, linked intimately with education and the preparation of students to be good, productive, and prosperous citizens of society. To that end, the philosophy challenges teaching and learning, establishes effective reasoning, and incorporates the use of technology and cutting-edge creativity. The proper understanding of human nature and the embracing of opportunities for cultural, academic, and social growth is paramount. Accord does not believe that ignorance is bliss but, instead, the source of many problems. High quality education is a panacea for all economic, social, and cultural problems.
